How to Initiate a Return

Return Process
- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Securely package the items, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Affix the return shipping label to the package.
Please note: Biomope is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. We recommend using a secure and insured shipping method.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the return criteria (original condition with all packaging and accessories included), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Returned items that are damaged or missing accessories may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
Non-Returnable Items
